Is a boating license mandatory?
Yes. A Swiss or foreign boating license is required to pilot the Bayliner VR4 and VR6. Valid foreign boating licenses are accepted. Without a license, the captain option is available for an additional CHF 400. An experienced skipper will take charge of the navigation for the entire day, with no distance limit: the whole lake is yours.
What happens in case of bad weather?
We're monitoring the weather closely. In case of adverse conditions (rain, strong winds, storms), we offer a free rescheduling or an immediate refund. You'll be contacted the day before if any adjustments are needed. No penalty, no stress.
Is petrol included in the price?
No. Fuel is the responsibility of the renter. During the morning briefing, we will show you the gas stations accessible directly from the lake. Expect to pay an average of 50–80 CHF for a full day, depending on your navigation. Therefore, you must refuel. A penalty of 50 CHF will be charged if the tank is not refueled, in addition to an estimate of the cost of refueling by our staff.
Is it possible to practice water skiing or wakeboarding?
Yes, the Bayliner VR4 and VR6 are compatible with waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Watersports equipment (skis, boards, tubes) must be reserved separately. Contact us when making your request to arrange equipment rental. Equipment rental is available for an additional 100 CHF per item and must be ordered before your trip.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are accepted on board, provided they are calm. Please mention this when booking. Owners are responsible for their animal. An additional cleaning fee may be requested depending on the size of the dog.
